“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “We stayed here one night since it was very close to DTW and was very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very clean, large rooms, nice buffet, and good service. Location is great and close to several restaurants. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in lobby 24/7. I highly recommend and would for sure stay here again when in the area.”
